The app is called 3D Wallpapers and it's made by one of my fav websites Koinup.com
Basically you can install the app on your Nokia Smartphone and save hundreds of wallpapers f0r your screen. I knew from some time the images included in the wallpapers, because I'm a fan of Koinup.com and I like them. So it would make sense to get them on my phone, too.
